What we built.

Our own AI office: a desktop app in which a team of AI agents does real work, while we decide what goes out the door.

The challenge

Vorteca wanted to use AI agents for recurring office work, such as research, preparation, design proposals and quality checks, without losing control. Separate chat windows give no overview of who is working on what, what has been delivered and what is waiting for approval. And nothing with consequences may happen without sign-off.

The solution

Vorteca built Vorteca Office: a Windows desktop app in which a team of AI agents works as colleagues in a real-time 3D office. Every agent has a fixed role, from chief of staff to designer, QA and research. What you see in the office is the real state of the work, not decoration.

The agents work through the official tools of OpenAI and Anthropic, on our own AI subscriptions. Every action goes through one central permission model, whichever AI is behind it.

Vorteca Office is where our own AI team works. At a glance you see who is working on what, what has been delivered and what is waiting for your sign-off. Agents take on recurring work, while we decide what goes out the door.

With the same building blocks we build AI teams for clients: agents with a fixed job in their own tools, approval per action, a complete log and a budget cap. The screens show a demo scenario with a fictional dental clinic.
