About this project

What we built.

For landscaping company Peter van der Linden we built a professional custom website with a smart admin workflow and PWA app behind it. The platform combines calendar, finance, quotes, invoices, expense tracking and website management in one clear system.

The challenge

Peter relied on Excel files and separate admin processes. Customer details, planning, quotes, invoices and expenses lived in different places, which meant duplicate work and little overview.

The solution

Vorteca built a custom website with one central business platform behind it for day-to-day operations. The platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA): Peter installs it straight from the browser on his phone or computer, with no app store and no separate iOS or Android app.

The result

Where Peter used to rely on Excel files and separate admin processes, he now has one central digital business platform. From customer profiles and work planning to quotes, invoices and financial records: everything comes together in one clear environment.

The built-in calendar and customer management give Peter a better overview of his daily work. The financial features cut duplicate admin and make it easier to prepare his books for VAT and tax returns.

Because the platform sits on his phone as a PWA with push notifications, Peter manages his planning, customers and admin on the go as well.
